1. What Jax Cleanout Quotes Is
Jax Cleanout Quotes is a cleanout quote request platform. It does not directly provide hauling, junk removal, disposal, or cleanout labor services.
2. Information Collected
A request may include your name, phone number, email address, best contact time, ZIP code, pickup address, service type, estimated load size, service timing, inside/outside access status, notes, uploaded files or photos, hazardous-material acknowledgment, provider-sharing consent, optional SMS consent, source information, and form version.
3. How Request Information May Be Used
Information may be reviewed to process the quote request, evaluate routing, communicate about the request, and share relevant details with participating independent local providers so they can contact you, prepare a quote, schedule service, or follow up on the request.
4. Independent Providers
Providers are independently responsible for pricing, scheduling, labor, hauling, disposal, insurance, legal compliance, and job performance. Jax Cleanout Quotes does not guarantee that a provider will accept a request, offer a particular price, or be available at a particular time.
5. Photo and File Uploads
Uploaded material may be reviewed as part of the request and may be shared with an eligible participating provider. Do not upload identification documents, financial information, passwords, or unrelated private material.
6. SMS Consent
The customer_sms_consent field is optional. Consent is not required to submit a request or purchase services. If text updates are used for the request, message and data rates may apply and opt-out requests should be honored.
7. Hazardous Materials
The standard request path is intended for non-hazardous projects. Customers should not submit projects involving chemicals, asbestos, paint, fuel, propane tanks, medical/biohazard waste, or similar regulated hazardous material through the standard form.
8. No Obligation
Submitting a request is free and does not obligate you to accept a quote or hire any provider.
