Jax Cleanout Quotes is a lead generation service that connects Jacksonville, FL residents and property managers with a single exclusive junk removal operator. Submitting a quote request does not guarantee service or constitute a binding contract.

3. Non-Hazardous Materials Only

This service is strictly limited to standard, non-hazardous junk removal. You agree not to submit requests involving hazardous, regulated, or restricted materials, including but not limited to: tires, refrigerants, biohazard materials, chemicals, asbestos, demolition debris, or infested items. Violations may result in immediate rejection and notification of relevant authorities.

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a quote request. Fraudulent submissions, including duplicate requests or misrepresentation of materials, may be rejected and flagged.

5. No Guarantee of Service

Submission of a quote request does not guarantee service availability, pricing, or scheduling. The operator retains the right to decline any job at their discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jax Cleanout Quotes is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by the independent operator. Any disputes regarding the actual junk removal service are between the customer and the operator.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
